Litokol Litonet EVO is a concentrated alkaline cleaner that removes veils and residues of epoxy grout from the EVO range of tiles. It comes in a 1-liter bottle.
Product & Application
The product is intended for post-cleaning after grouting with epoxy grout, and also functions as a degreaser and deep cleaner. Because the solution is not aggressive, it can also be used on polished marble and on honed or polished stoneware, without damage or dullness. Its low viscosity makes it suitable for floors.
- Veils of Starlike EVO, Starlike Crystal EVO, and Starlike ColorCrystal EVO
- Veils of EpoxyElite EVO and EpoxyElite EVO FR
- Veils of earlier dark cement grouts on polished stoneware
- Degreaser, 30% diluted in water
- Deep cleaning of porous material, 30% diluted
- Cleaning of PVC and linoleum
Note: Apply only when the grout has sufficiently hardened, normally 24 hours after grouting at +20 to +25 °C. Cleaning too early will deplete the grout.
Substrate & Compatibility
A cleaning agent is only as safe as the substrate on which it is used. Therefore, first look at the material, not the contamination.
- All ceramic and porcelain tiles
- Also honed ceramics, glass, and ceramic mosaics
- All types of natural stone, including polished
- Also on polished marble without risk of damage or dullness
If you are unsure whether a substrate is suitable, first test it on an inconspicuous area.
Processing
Working time and dilution determine the result. Too short doesn't work, too long or too strong causes damage or residue.
- Shake well before use
- Apply undiluted for epoxy veils, 24 hours after grouting
- Distribute evenly with a pad or brush
- Allow to act for 10 to 15 minutes
- Wipe with white felt or a single-disc machine with a white pad
- Absorb solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Do not allow to dry: otherwise the veils will reappear
- Consumption 10 to 15 m² per liter

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I clean after grouting? When the grout has sufficiently hardened, normally 24 hours after grouting at +20 to +25 °C. Cleaning earlier will deplete the grout.
Can it be used on polished marble? Yes. The sheet states the solution is not aggressive and suitable for polished marble and honed or polished stoneware, without damage or dullness.
Why do the veils reappear after rinsing? Probably the rinse water has dried on the tile. Absorb the water instead of letting it evaporate.
Can I also use it for general cleaning? Yes, 30% diluted in water, it works as a degreaser and as a deep cleaner for porous material.
